If you’re looking for some space within your busy day or your busy mind, you’re in the right place. My yoga classes are a gentle blend of pranayama (breathwork), asana (poses), savasana (guided relaxation) and meditation. Each week there is a little philosophy woven into the practice.

The classes are held in a small and welcoming community space. Whatever your experience of yoga you are very welcome here, whether you’re completely new or have practised for years. If you’re looking for some space and a clearer mind, please join me.

Each class is one hour and is held in a small community space at West Bridgford Methodist church. The group is small (12 people maximum) and is welcoming and friendly. The class follows a pattern and as the weeks go by the movement becomes more and more familiar and the class becomes increasingly a moving meditation.
